Supervision and Consult
I am a Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health approved supervisor for those pursuing their LPC/LPCC. I offer individual weekly supervision in person or via Zoom. Supervision is a process in which we will discuss client cases, ethical issues, and goals of the therapist in training. As a therapist in training it is important that you find a supervisor who's philosophy and theoretical orientation align with you goals. If you are interested in in-person supervision I integrate sand tray and other hands on play processing into the supervision process.
I encourage you to look over my credentials and biography and consider if I would be a good fit for your goals as a therapist and if I meet requirements for your specific license/state board before reaching out.
I am an Adlerian therapist and you can expect me to bring this to the supervision process. Adlerian Individual Psychology is focused on social participation and responsibility, social interest, building on strengths, and an expectation of self-reflection, and interpersonal process. My focus is working with children of all ages, neurodivergence, and the LGBTQAI+ community. I am a Registered Play Therapist™ and focus on non-directive play therapy and sand tray as well as Adlerian talk therapy. I currently serve on the Board of the Adlerian Network and on the Board of the Wisconsin Association for Play Therapy. Please I am currently not able to offer supervision towards the Registered Play Therapist™ credential.
Weekly supervision is $100.00 and hour with payment due at the time of service.
I also offer consult at $45.00 per the half hour.
If finances are a barrier let me know and we will discuss affordable/pro bono supervision options.
Supervision requires signing a supervision contract and may require a release of information so that I can communicate with academic supervisors or primary/alternate supervisors.
